:: HOW TO APPLY :: i-mantraa is a retail outlet of Airtel Pre-Paid
& Post-Paid in Kalapahar, Guwahati. Application form for Airtel pre-paid
& post paid connection is available at i-mantraa. Any person who
is interested to get his / her pre-paid or post-paid Airtel mobile connection may
collect the form from imantraa and can submit the duly filled up form.
Following documents are required to be submitted along with the
application form:
 Passport
sized colour photograph: 02 nos.
Proof of identity
(Any valid photo identity card)
Proof of Address
(Arms License, Telephone / Electricity bill, Ration Card, Income Tax PAN Card, Passport, Driving License etc.)
Besides these documents, one witness is required for Pre-Paid
connection. This witness must be an existing Airtel connection holder
whose connection must be active and should not be less than 03 (three)
months old.
New connection application fee is Rs.49/-. This SUK of Rs.49/- gives no free
talk time with a validity of 3 days. Also HBO (Handset Bundle
Offer) are coming with different prices.

IMPORTANT ::
While filling up the application form for a new pre-paid connection, besides the signature on the application form, Signature is required on the photographs and on the
Xerox copy of the supporting documents.
Signature must be same as that on the supporting documents as it was on the original.
If you are having Income Tax PAN card, please bring the same. This is also required. For those not having PAN will have to fill up Form - 60.Fill up the form using BLACK INK.
To stop misuse of your connection, please provide the IMEI No. and brand
