:: HOW TO APPLY ::

i-mantraa is a retail outlet of Airtel Pre-Paid in Kalapahar, Guwahati. Application form for Airtel pre-paid connection is available at i-mantraa. Any person who is interested to get his / her pre-paid Airtel mobile connection may collect the form from imantraa and can submit the duly filled up form. Following documents are required to be submitted along with the application form:

  Passport sized colour photograph: 02 nos.
  Proof of identity (Any valid photo identity card)
  Proof of Address (Arms License, Telephone / Electricity bill, Ration Card, Income Tax PAN Card, Passport, Driving License etc.)

New connection application fee is Rs.99/-. This SUK of Rs.99/- gives a free talk time of Rs.19/- and is valid for 7 days.

 
:: IMPORTANT ::

  • While filling up the application form for a new pre-paid connection, besides the signature on the application form, Signature is required on the photographs and on the Xerox copy of the supporting documents.
  • Signature must be same as that on the supporting documents as it was on the original.
  • If you are having Income Tax PAN card, please bring the same. This is also required. For those not having PAN will have to fill up Form - 60.Fill up the form using BLACK INK.
  • To stop misuse of your connection, please provide the IMEI No. and brand name of your hand set.
